Hello Motohansa,
On Friday I had some work done to my K 100 RS, like, ballance butterflies,
loosen steering head bearings and check mixture and fit a main stand spring.
The reason for this email is to say a very big thankyou you all for
sorting out the handling, nervousness when going at speed thru long sweeping
corners.
After returning the GS 1200, fantastic and again thanks for the use
of it, I collected the K100 and headed back to Morisset via the Old Pacific
Hwy and Central Mangrove Mountain. The K is now the bike I thought I had.
It rides like new and is stable in bumpy corners. It steers predictably
and well done guys, you have solved my heartache with this machine.
The cost was cheap compared to the results. It now is a pleasure to
ride.
In summary, a big thankyou to all involved. The engine runs beautifully
and handling is 100 times better. As a result I feel a heck of a lot safer.
