Returns and Credits

We accept returns: In the case of faulty or goods damaged in
transit we will exchange the goods and cover all return freight costs.
If the wrong items have been ordered then we will accept a return and dispatch
the correct item, however the freight will be at the purchasers cost. A
refund will only be made on the basis that the correct product is unavailable
or there is no correct product available for the model as requested. In
the case of cancelled orders, if the item has not been dispatched then
a full refund will be granted. If the item has been dispatched then the
item can be returned, however the freight charge will still apply.
Unfilled Orders
We will advise the customer within two days if the order cannot be filled
for any reason
